Will blackheads leave a scar when they go?

i have blackheads on my forehead and am using nivea blackead scrub for about 2 weeks but there are no signs of them reducing. They have been there for quite sometime and they look like tiny holes. Any advice pls????Will blackheads leave a scar when they go?
try bior strips, you can get them at wal-mart. you can get the nose ones or the forehead and chin ones. they work great!!Will blackheads leave a scar when they go?
Some of mine left holes. No matter what others say, the oldest blackheads I cleared myself left a hole on site
That's tough to answer because everyone's skin does not react the same way to everything. The best way to determine whether or not you will get a scar from a blackhead is to look at your skin after you had a cut or scrape. Did that scar or did it go away? If your skin is prone to not scaring after cuts then there's a 99% percent chance that a blackhead will not scar your skin. A blackhead is a pore that is filled with dirt and oil from your skin. Before you go scrubbing your forehead to death, I would recommend speaking with a dermatologist. I do know that scrubbing your skin is a definite no-no and any dermatologist will tell you that. Try using Cetaphil cleanser on your skin and reducing the use of your nivea to about 2-3 times per week. Make sure your using a astringent on your face. Witch Hazel is really good for your skin and not harsh like the other astrigents like clean and clear and pond's. Also when you apply the astringent, use only 100% cotton balls. After use a non oil based face lotion. Oil of Olay have some good ones. Make sure it says 100% no oil. The cetaphil is quite pricey (about $12-$15) but if you want quality then it's worth it to shell out a few bucks. But please stop scrubbing your face!! It only makes your skin look dull after you use it for a while and can cause skin discoloration. I reccomend using the products I just mentioned and consulting your dermatologist.....

blacheads DO NOT leave scars. It is the white and red ones that do. Blackhead is dirt in a pore in the skin. These are the only ones that should be squeezed.
i agree with the girl who said they left a hole on the side of my nose too! not a big one just a little whole i like the biore' strips 2 they work good after i use the foam facial cleanser (clean and clear its medicated!!) keeps the oil in your face under control
if you dont pop them it wiill leave a hole in your face but im not sure about if it will leave a scare on your face.
