How do i get rid of my blackheads?

i have blackheads on my nose, chin, and some on my cheeks. I have used proactive, clean and clear, nutrogena, and the biore strips an nothing works. How can i get rid of them. i have so many and they look terrible. PLEASE HELP????How do i get rid of my blackheads?

or at least thats the only place i know that has it, it works really well and theres no burning or anything
