How do i get rid of blackheads HELP PLZ?

i have this one black head on my cheek for about 4-5 years and every time i squeeze it the black stuff comes out but then it comes back after a while helppHow do i get rid of blackheads HELP PLZ?

Push a pin in the hole to make blood, then push the pin in about 5 more places next to that first hole, still inside the blackhead hole, to make blood.





so now you should have a little blood showing, (not flowing). It will heal up into a little round dot scar and no more blackhead.


How do i get rid of blackheads HELP PLZ?
I don't know if it helps for you, but i have taken these capsules called F2F and they really improved my skin. In addition to that I use Pure Zone Deep Action Exfoliating gel wash from L'oreal paris.
