go to your dermatologist. let it be pricked by that mini-spoon like instrument. yeah that'll hurt like hell but hey... there's an alternative.. :)) squeeze it out man!.. same pain, at no cost at all! ;)
don't squeeze it coz it'll just scar, it's not safe to remove the blackheads on ur own. go to a derma and have facial cleaning.
Biore strips are excellent. They seem to work for everone....
there is some products but i usually boil water and poor it into a bowl putr a towel over your head and let the steam hit your face then that should bring them to the surface because it opens the pors well it works for me

go to a dermatologist first, a plastic surgeon second. if you try to do it yourself you'll get a scar in place of the blackhead, and you're not likely to get the entire black head out.
