well if you want to make them smaller you can use pore strips or squeeze them out with your fingers (kinda hurts if you have long nails lol) but if you realy want them gone the only thing my sis has found effective is going to your deritologist and getting them taken out or going to get a facial and they'll do it but make sure they will first before paying for it. its painfull but then you just use a blackhead scrub and most likely they wont come back. hope i helped and good luck (:
