I use Neutrogena blackhead/pore cleanser. You can use it every day and every so often, like when your skin is super oily, you can use it as a mask. It's really good. Make sure you wash your face twice a day and try not to touch it cause it transfers more oils onto your face. Drinking more water may help too. Also make sure that if you use any foundation or moisturizers that they are non-comedogenic (my dermatologist recommended that for me). Maybelline has a great powder foundation that's non-comedogenic and I think Dove has moisturizers that are ';approved'; as well. You don't have millions, you maybe have a few, so relax.
There are different skin types so consult the chemist who will advise on best product for your skin.
Clever use of makeup will help.
Most importantly, no one will notice because if you smile and laugh a lot, they will become invisible.

hmm..i use apricot scrub 2-3 times a week. I've never had any blackheads.
get a friend to suck out those black heads
You should use Retin - A. This cream is excellent...I had serious acne and free from it. It removes scars also. You should try it.
clean %26amp; clear lotion and oxy 10 spot cream. the latter you can get from a chemist. if you have sensitive skin try oxy 5. we careful though, it bleaches material
