buy that facial stuff in a tube that dry's to a peel off mask and after that use a cleaner to keep your face oil free use alchol it's a good one and do it a few times a day and either pull out the hairs or get a mustache trimmer because they cut close and keep it cut off
the best thing you can do is go to a dermatologist and let them clean your nose and chin.

I would suggest using a good cleanser and then toner for the black head problem I personally like neutragena producrts use twice a day. and a clean towel. for the hair on your face/nose you can use a do it yourself beewax of any sort there are many available over the counter that heat in the mircrowave being very careful not to make to hot just use a line type cloth small piece after applying the product smoothe down over wax and rip clean it will remove the hair and will be less expensive then going to the specialist. any salon can do this as well that offers skin care. ;%26gt;)
