i make sure i dont eat a lot of greasy stuff! ALSO! buy cleaning stripes, they sell it at walmart etc, make sure it says it's for blackheads.
I also take them out myself, if they are really black %26amp; showy I squeeze the blackhead until it's gone. U gotta do it carefully though. The tiny-small ones, those are easier to take with the stripes %26amp; lotions, %26amp; stuff like that.

i take a warm (not really hot) washcloth and hold it on blackhead...that works for me. also exfoliate.
