Blackheads do not mean your skin is dirty. Wash your face only with plain water and don't place lots of commercial skincare products on it.





Dietary quick changes: Avoid all dairy based products, oils, and refined carbohydrates (white breads, white pastas, etc).





Then eat lots of apples and papaya for breakfast. Do it this way: Eat as many apples as you desire, wait at least 2 hours, then eat papaya, wait at least 3 hours before eating other foods.
