Squeeze pimples that are yellow, sure they may heal quicker if you don't but to tell you the truth I'd rather have a red spot on my face for a couple extra days that some yellow ****. Blackheads develop into spots so you're best getting as many of those out as you can. To prevent them, wash your face often with just water, use products and scrubs that are readily available and if it gets worse just visit a doctor for something prescribed.
